- Creating identities
  To provision individual accounts separately from mass import and synchronization processes, an Account administrator can manually create identities in Genetec ClearID™.
- Identity fields
  The Genetec ClearID™ identity fields table is a comprehensive list of supported user attributes and their data formats. You can use these specifications to determine which fields are mandatory, pushed to Security Center, or available for custom provisioning rules.

Customizing the email banner for sites

To personalize access and visitor request notifications for a specific location, you can customize the site email banner.

Procedure

In the ClearID web portal, click Organization > Sites .
Search for and select a site.
Click the Notifications tab.
In the Email banner section, click Browse or drag an image to upload your email banner.
Click Save.
The following example shows an email banner with a custom image.
