CSV drop synchronization

You can now use ClearID Cloud CSV synchronization to synchronize identity information from one or more third-party systems into ClearID. ClearID monitors your exported CSV files and automatically updates identities when changes are detected.

Mange site resource visibility

In cases where you manage multiple sites under the same ClearID account, you can now limit the site resources that portal users can see. When you enable site visibility, users can only see areas and other identities associated with their primary site, or for sites where they have been granted visibility.

Customized SMS alerts for visit hosts

You can now customize the SMS alerts that are sent to visit hosts when visitors check in. Site owners can write new SMS alerts with pre-defined variables to give hosts information about where visitors have checked in, how to contact them, and more.
