Creating identities

Account administrators can manually create identities in Genetec ClearID™ separately from the mass import and synchronization processes. For example, contractors, system integrators, or other users might need one-off identities.

Procedure

  1. Click Organization > Identities .
  2. Click Add an identity.
  3. Enter a first name and last name.
  4. Select a country from the list.
    Tip:
    Enter the first letter of the country to jump to that part of the country list.
  5. (Optional) Complete any additional fields. For example:
    1. Business email
    2. Company name
    3. Department
    4. Supervisor name
    5. Job title
    6. Any other applicable fields
  6. Click Save.
