Creating identities

To provision individual accounts separately from mass import and synchronization processes, an Account administrator can manually create identities in Genetec ClearID™.

Procedure

  1. Click Organization > Identities .
  2. Click Add an identity.
  3. Enter a first name and last name.
  4. Select a country from the list.
  5. (Optional) Complete any additional fields. For example:
    • Business email
    • Company name
    • Department
    • Supervisor name
    • Job title
  6. Click Save.
