To check access control status, verify supervisor assignments, or review general user
information, an Account administrator can view identities in Genetec ClearID™.
What you should know
Only Account administrators, or identities and roles with the required permissions, can
view identities.
Procedure

From the Home page, click .

Click the drop-down menu and select an option:
- Active
- Displays active identities.
- Inactive
- Displays inactive identities.
- All
- Displays all active and inactive identities.

In the Search field, enter some search criteria and press
Enter.

Select an identity from the list to view the identity details.

In the General tab, review the identity details including any
associated supervisors, and the identity status (active or inactive).

(Optional) Review additional tabs for more details:
- Access control
- Access control associated with the selected identity including extended grant
time, cardholder activation, provisioning attributes, and associated
cardholders.
- Visitor management
- List of sites where selected identity can invite
visitors.
- Logs
- Identity event logs for activities associated with the selected
identity.
- Other tabs
- For example, Custom fields, Access,
Roles, Delegations,
Direct reports, User permissions,
and Credentials.
Types of credentials stored in ClearID
include card, mobile, license plate, and PIN.
