Checking the status of identity requests

Account administrators can check the status of identity requests to ensure that the organization is security-compliant, audit-ready, and on-time.

Procedure

  1. From the homepage, click Reports > Identity requests .
  2. In the Identity requests report page, select whether to display times in local or UTC.
  3. In the Request date column, select a date option or set a custom range.
    You can request a maximum period of 1 year.
  4. Use the remaining filters as needed:
    Requested by
    Filter the results by requester name or email address.
    Requested for
    Filter by the identity recipient's name.
    Identity template
    Filter the results by identity template type.
    Status
    Filter by identity request status.
    Reviewers
    Filter by the reviewer's name or email.
  5. (Optional) Click the identity request to view its details.
  6. (Optional) Click the Identity template hyperlink to view template details.
  7. Click Download CSV and follow your browser prompts to save the file.
    By default, the file name includes the site name. For example, IdentityRequestReport_fromdate_to_todate_SiteActivityReport.csv (IdentityRequestReport_2024-09-24.csv).

    The contents of the CSV file can vary depending on the filters you've selected when you download the report.

  8. Click to reset the filters.
