Viewing direct reports

You can check the access control status and general identity information of your direct reports. You can also use the direct report list for security reviews or audits.

Before you begin

  • To view direct reports, you must be a Supervisor or Account administrator.
  • Supervisors can review their direct reports’ information anytime, check if it’s outdated, and request updates.
  • Account administrators can check supervisor links.

Procedure

  1. From the Home page, click My Profile > Direct reports .
    Direct reports list in ClearID.
  2. Filter the list based on your required criteria:
    Direct reports
    Click White funnel.) to filter the list:
    My direct reports
    Employees reporting to you.
    Delegated
    Employees whose tasks are delegated to you.
    Note:
    Delegated employees are highlighted in the list with a DelegateFromAnotherUser icon .
    Clear filter
    Click to remove selected filters.
    Access control status
    Click White funnel.) to filter the list:
    Active
    Direct reports with active access.
    Inactive
    Direct reports with inactive access.
    Clear filter
    Click to remove selected filters.
    Search
    Find an identity by first name, last name, or company.
  3. Click Download CSV, select any necessary filters, and follow your browser prompts to save a copy of the direct reports list.
    You can use the file for audits, attach it to an audit request, review it offline, or work with the data in a spreadsheet.
  4. (Optional) Click the name of a direct report to view their identity profile in more detail by browsing any of the identity profile pages.
