Learn how to log on to ClearID to make requests, and how to log off when you are
        finished.
        Before you begin
            
                - Enable cookies in your browser.
 
                - If you aren't using a corporate Active Directory system, activate your ClearID
                    account using the link in your
                    email.
 
            
        
        Procedure
Log on to ClearID
- 
                In your web browser, enter or select the required host as detailed in your
                        account activation email.
                
For example:
Note: If your organization uses corporate logon (single sign-on
			with Microsoft Office 365 or similar), your account is activated automatically and you
			will not receive an activation email.
  
             - 
                On the Logon page, enter your username and click
                        Logon.
                
Your user account’s log on page opens.
             - 
                (Optional) Select an account.
                
                    
                        - The account ID appears in the page URL (for example,
                                https://hostname/accountid/currentpage).
 
                        - The account ID changes based on the logged-on user.
 
                    
                    Tip: If you have multiple accounts, click Change
                            account under your user ID to switch at any time.
 
                 
                The My requests page opens and you are ready to use
                    ClearID.
             
Log off of ClearID
- 
                To exit ClearID, click your name at the top of the page and then click
                        Log off. 
                
You will also be logged off automatically after a period of inactivity
                    (default is 30 minutes, depending on configuration).
Tip: After logging off, close all browser windows that were used for
                        ClearID.
