Modifying webhooks

To update configuration details, adjust event triggers, or manage activation states for existing integrations, Account administrators can modify webhooks in Genetec ClearID™.

1. From the Access management section on the sidebar, click Administration > Webhooks .
2. Select a webhook to modify.
3. Update the required sections:

   General

   Change the name, description, or toggle Enabled on or off (webhooks do not send HTTP callbacks when disabled).

   Webhook details

   Edit the URL or secret (API key).

   Additional headers

   Add, edit, or remove HTTP request headers.

   Events

   Change the event type or download the updated schema.

4. Click Save.
