Enabling site visibility

To control the resources and identities that web portal users can see, Account administrators can enable site visibility by turning on resource visibility settings.

What you should know

  • Resource visibility is turned off for sites by default.
  • When enabled for sites, resource visibility allows portal users to see the resources and identities of sites that are added to their list of site visibilities.
  • Identities are visible to other users if they have a primary site configured in their profile.

Procedure

  1. Click Administration > Account configuration and go to the Identity section.
  2. Under Resource visibility, turn on Enable for sites.
  3. Click Save.
