Site owners can check the status of access reviews to ensure
that the organization is security-compliant, audit-ready, and on-time. Supervisors can
also check the status of identity access reviews for their direct reports, and Role
owners can check the status of reviews for the roles they
own.
What you should know
Only a Site owner can view the complete access reviews report.
Area managers or Role managers only see their own reviews under
My access reviews.
When no filters are applied to the report, all results are shown.
Procedure
From the
Dashboard,
click Reports
> Access reviews.
Tip:
If a review shows “0 reviewers,”
click Add reviewers to assign them.
On the
Access reviews report page, select whether to
display times in local or UTC.
In the Created on
column, select a
date option or set a custom
range.
Use the remaining filters as needed:

Reviewers
Filter by the reviewer's name or email.

Status

Incomplete access reviews are automatically marked
Expired if a newer scheduled review with the same name replaces them,
or if expiration is enforced and the review exceeds the set expiration
period.
(Optional) To see the list of reviewers, click the info icon.
(Optional) To view more details or complete a pending area access review, select it
from the list.
The History section logs all modifications made to the access
review by Account administrators and Site owners, and any decisions taken by
reviewers and verifiers.
(Optional) Click Download CSV and follow your browser prompts to
save the file.
You can use the file for audits, attach it to an audit request, review it offline, or
work with the data in a spreadsheet.
