Printing or saving an access review summary

To share access review information with an auditor or other members of your organization, you can generate access review summaries for completed access reviews.

What you should know

You can only generate a summary for one completed access review at a time.

Procedure

  1. From the homepage, click Reports > Access reviews .
  2. Filter the report as needed.
    1. In the Status filter, select Completed.
    2. Select a completed access review from the list.
  3. Click Print and follow your browser's prompts.
    You can send the report to a printer for a hardcopy output, or save it as a PDF so that it can be sent to auditors or shared by email.

    The options displayed in the Print dialog vary depending on your browser, your local computer, attached peripherals, and your organizations setup.

  4. If you selected a printer, click Print and follow the on-screen prompts.
  5. If you selected Save as PDF, click Save and follow the on-screen prompts.
