To help manage requests from your direct reports, you can manually add supervisors to
the relevant identity profiles so that the supervisor approval workflow can be used.
This procedure is for Supervisors who have direct reports.
To manually add supervisors to identity profiles, you must be an account
administrator.
Procedure
From the homepage, click Organization
> Identities.
Search for or select an identity from the list.
(Optional) Use the Active, Inactive,
or All filters to narrow your search.
Click the identity that you require.
In the Supervisors section, click .
Search for or select one or more users from the list that you want to add as
supervisors and click Add to confirm your selection.
Note: Adding multiple supervisors is useful when employees or supervisors work shifts or a
rotating days system. In these situations it is common to have multiple supervisors for
different employees on different days.
(Optional) Click to
remove any supervisors that are no longer required.
Click Save to confirm your changes.
The supervisors that you selected have now been added to the supervisors list for this identity.
