- Entities managed by ClearID
- ClearID now includes icons in Synergis™ to help visually identify entities managed by
ClearID. In Config Tool and Security Desk, entities managed by ClearID are highlighted with a blue dot in the bottom-right corner of the entity icon as follows:

) - Cardholder groups (
) - Credentials (

- Zebra DS 9300 QR code scanner
- ClearID now includes support for the Zebra DS 9300 QR code scanner. This QR code scanner
includes plug-and-play instant deployment.
Important: The Display registration code in visitor last name field (Visitor management task in Security Desk) checkbox must be selected for the scanner to successfully scan and locate a pre-registered visitor in Security Desk.For more information, see Supported devices, Enabling visitor management for sites, or refer to the manufacturer documentation.
