The Genetec™ Technical Assistance Center (GTAC) provides technical support to customers worldwide. As a Genetec customer, you have access to TechDoc Hub, where you can find documentation and answers to product questions.

TechDoc Hub for potential fixes, workarounds, or known issues.

Technical training
In a professional classroom environment or from your own office, qualified trainers guide you through system design, installation, operation, and troubleshooting. Technical training is available for all products and for customers with varying levels of technical experience, and it can be customized to meet specific needs and objectives. Hardware product issues and defects
Contact the Genetec Technical Assistance Center (GTAC) at https://www.genetec.com/portal/support to report or resolve issues with Genetec appliances or hardware purchased through Genetec Inc.
