Adding a new Cloud CSV synchronization configuration

To synchronize identities between CSV files and Genetec ClearID™, you must first add a new Cloud CSV synchronization configuration in the ClearID portal.

Learn about Cloud CSV synchronization.

What you should know

  • You must be an Account administrator to add a new Cloud CSV synchronization configuration to the ClearID portal.
  • You can add as many Cloud CSV synchronizations to the portal as you require.

Procedure

  1. In the ClearID web portal, click Administration > Identity synchronization .
  2. Click Add synchronization.
  3. In the New synchronization configuration dialog, set the base configuration.

    1. In the Configuration name field, enter a name for the new configuration.
    2. Select Cloud CSV from the Synchronization type list.
  4. Click Save.

After you finish

Set up the Cloud CSV local agent.
