To synchronize attributes from CSV files into Genetec ClearID™ identity attributes, you can use the web portal's Cloud CSV synchronization.

Ensure that Genetec ClearID™ system is selected as the source access control system for credential synchronization. For more information, see Configuring credential synchronization.
