Adding a Cloud CSV synchronization folder

To synchronize identities between third-party systems and Genetec ClearID™ using a CSV file, you must add a Cloud CSV synchronization folder in the ClearID portal.
Before you begin
What you should know
- You must be an Account administrator to configure Cloud CSV management settings.
- The Genetec ClearID Local Agent monitors the selected folder and synchronizes identities when new CSV files are detected.
- The ClearID portal must be opened in a browser running on the same machine where the CSV files and local agent reside.
Procedure
- In the ClearID web portal, click .
- Select the Cloud CSV configuration you want to configure from the list.

- Search for and select a folder in the file explorer.
