Customizing portal branding

To align the Genetec ClearID™ portal with your company's branding, an Account administrator can customize the portal logo and accent color for light and dark themes.

Procedure

In the ClearID web portal, click Administration > Account configuration .
In the Branding section, choose a light or dark theme.
1. Select your branding options:
  
  Logo
  
  Click Browse or drag an image to upload your logo. The image resolution must be between 20 x 20 and 2000 x 500 pixels.
  
  Accent color
  
  Use the color picker or enter a hexadecimal code in the Accent color field.
  
  (Optional)
  
  Click Restore default theme to reset the branding.
Click Save.
(Optional) Repeat steps 2 - 3 for other themes.

Customized branding is applied to the portal logo, buttons, and highlight color.
