  A visit request workflow is a series of activities performed by the system or authorized people during the life cycle of a visit request. The activities can change the state and properties of visit requests, affect other entities in the system, or wait for conditions to be met.

Enabling LPR credential creation

To use a visitor’s license plate as a credential for vehicle access, Site owners can enable LPR credential creation in Genetec ClearID™ by adding the license plate field to a visit profile.

Before you begin

Configure a Security Center macro to automatically check in visitors and grant them access.

What you should know

LPR credential creation is only available with the latest version of the ClearID plugin.

Procedure

From the homepage, click Access management > Organization > Sites .
Search for or select a site from the list.
Click Visitor management and select a visit profile.
Expand the Planned visit section.
1. Under Site requirements ensure the License plate visitor field is added.
2. Turn on Create credential.
Click Save.
