Reviewing visit events

To monitor visitor activity for their areas, Area owners, security, and reception can review and filter current, upcoming, or past visit events in Genetec ClearID™.

Procedure

  1. Click My workspace > Visits .
  2. Select the options that you require:
    • Current and upcoming events
    • Past visits
    • All visits

    By default, 10 visits are displayed. You can click Load more to display the next 10 visits.

  3. (Optional) Filter the list.
    Name
    Search by visit name.
    Status
    Filter by request state:
    • Submitted
    • Waiting for approvals
    • Approved
    • Canceled
    • Denied
    • Expired
    Site
    Select a site from the list.
    Date
    Sort the visits by date in ascending or descending order.
The visits matching your selections are displayed.
