Viewing visit event logs

To audit operator and visitor actions on check-in devices and review absent attendees, you can export visit event logs.

Before you begin

What you should know

You must be an Account administrator, Area owner, requester, or host to view visit event logs.

Procedure

  1. From the Dashboard, go to Visits .
  2. From the visit type filter, select All visits.
    By default, 10 visits are displayed. You can click Load more to display the next 10 visits.
  3. Select the event.

  4. Export the event logs you require:
    • Click Export kiosk actions log as CSV file to download a log of actions performed on visitor management devices during the event.
    • Click Export absent attendees list as CSV file to download a list of visitors who didn’t check in to the visit event.

Example

Exported logs are saved as CSV files using the event name. For example, Channel Partner Event.csv or Channel Partner Event-absentees.csv.
