  - Creating identities
    To provision individual accounts separately from mass import and synchronization processes, an Account administrator can manually create identities in Genetec ClearID™.
  - Identity fields
    The Genetec ClearID™ identity fields table is a comprehensive list of supported user attributes and their data formats. You can use these specifications to determine which fields are mandatory, pushed to Security Center, or available for custom provisioning rules.

    Identity custom fields are user-defined properties that store additional information about identities in Genetec ClearID™, beyond the system’s default fields. Account administrators create and manage these fields in the ClearID web portal.

Adding a vehicle to an identity

To track vehicles employees bring on site, Account administrators and Supervisors can register vehicles to identities in Genetec ClearID™.

What you should know

You can register up to 3 vehicles per identity.
The Type, Make, and Model fields are required.
License plate numbers are synchronized with Security Center as license plate credentials. If you don't want to create license plate credentials, leave the License number field blank.

Procedure

From the Access management section on the sidebar, click Organization > Identities .
Select an identity, then click the Vehicles tab.
Click Add vehicle.
Enter the type, make, and model, then fill in any other information about the vehicle as required:
- License number
- Year
- Color
- Notes
Click Save.
