Adding a new Microsoft Entra ID synchronization configuration

To enable identity synchronization between Microsoft Entra ID and Genetec ClearID™, Account administrators must first add a new synchronization configuration in the ClearID portal.

What you should know

You can add multiple synchronization configurations if needed.

1. In the ClearID web portal, click Administration > Identity synchronization .
2. Click Add synchronization.
3. In the New synchronization configuration dialog:
   1. Enter a name for the new configuration.
   2. Select Microsoft Entra ID from the Synchronization type list.
4. Click Save.

The new configuration now appears in the list of identity synchronizations.
