Configuring the site-level notification language

To configure the language for notifications sent by Genetec ClearID™, Account administrators and Site owners can configure the site notification language.

What you should know

  • The site-level notification language sets the default language for notifications sent by ClearID for a site, including .
  • The default language (culture) configured for an identity by the Account administrator overrides the site-level notification language.
  • An identity's personal language preferences override the culture.

Procedure

  1. From the homepage, click Access management > Organization > Sites .
  2. Search for and select a site, then click Notifications.
  3. In the Language and region settings section, select a language from the list.
    The language you select is applied to all notifications sent for the site.

    Only supported web portal languages are available. For more information, see Supported languages.

  4. Click Save.
