You can add people to an individuals watchlist so Genetec ClearID™ can screen them when
they visit. Depending on how the watchlist is set up, ClearID will then automatically block them
or notify managers, either for a specific site or across all sites.
What you should know
- Only a watchlist manager can:
- Add individuals watchlist entries.
- View reasons why visitors are blocked or notified.
Procedure

Click .

Select a watchlist from the list.

Click Add entry.

At the top of the watchlist entry, use the
Enabled slider to turn the entry on or off.

In the Watchlist entry criteria
section, enter the following information:
- First name
- Middle name
- Last name
- First name aliases
- Last name aliases
- Emails
Note: Aliases are shown in brackets in the watchlist entries list.

In Emails to always allow, add addresses to exclude from
screening.
This section is for adding emails you want to always allow, such as false positives
where someone shares the same name but has a different email address.

In Additional information, enter
information as needed:

In Additional information, click Add
image.

Drag and drop an image or click Browse to upload your
image.

Repeat for each additional image you want to upload.

(Optional) Click Delete image to remove an image.
You can click Open in new tab to view the image full
size.

If you have Watchlist entry
permissions activated for your account, add the sites that you require
in the Permissions section.

Click Save.
