You can add companies to a watchlist so ClearID can screen visitors at a company level
when they visit. Depending on how the watchlist is set up, ClearID will then automatically block
them or notify managers, either for a specific site or across all sites.
What you should know
- Only a watchlist manager can:
- Add companies watchlist entries.
- View reasons why visitors are notifed or blocked.
Procedure

Click .

Select a watchlist from the list.

Click Add entry.

At the top of the watchlist entry, use the
Enabled slider to turn the entry on or off.

In the Watchlist entry criteria
section, enter the following information:
- Company name
- Company aliases
- Company domains
Note: Aliases are shown in brackets in the watchlist entries list.

In Additional information, enter
information as needed:
- Reason
- External reference ID
Note: The Reason field can contain sensitive private information, and can only be viewed
by the watchlist manager for the site.

If you have Watchlist entry
permissions activated for your account, add the sites that you require
in the Permissions section.

Click Save.
