Adding watchlist managers

In Genetec ClearID™, a watchlist manager is responsible for creating and maintaining watchlists. They can add individuals or companies, configure site-level or global watchlists, and update existing settings. Before you can add or modify watchlists, you must first assign watchlist managers.

Before you begin

Create your sites.

What you should know

  • Only account administrators can add watchlist managers in ClearID.

Procedure

  1. Click Organization > Sites .
  2. Select your site and click Permissions.
  3. (Optional) Add identities to the site Permissions list.
    1. Click Add identity.
    2. Search for or select the identities that you require and click Add.
    3. Click a link in the Identity column to view details and confirm your selection.
  4. Select the Watchlist manager check box to assign watchlist manager permissions.
    1. (Optional) Clear a check box to remove individual permissions that are no longer required from an identity.
    2. (Optional) Click to remove all permissions that are no longer required from an identity.
  5. (Optional) Remove permissions that are no longer needed:
    • Clear a check box in the Watchlist manager column to remove individual permissions.
    • Click to remove all permissions from an identity.
  6. Click Save.
