To configure the default language of the Genetec ClearID™ portal, Account administrators can set a culture for each identity in the organization.
What you should know
- The culture defines the default language of the portal for each identity.
- The culture also determines the default language for email and SMS notifications identities receive from the portal.
- An identity's personal language preferences override the culture set by the Account administrator.
