Checking the status of role requests

Account administrators, Role managers, and Role owners can check the status of role requests to ensure that the organization is security-compliant, audit-ready, and on time.

Procedure

  1. From the homepage, click Reports > Role requests .
  2. In the Role requests report page, select whether to display times in local or UTC.
  3. In the Request date column, select a date option or set a custom range.
    You can request a maximum period of 1 year.
  4. Use the remaining filters as needed:
    Status
    Filter by role request status.
    Requested by
    Filter the results by requester name or email address.
    Requested for
    Filter by the role recipient's name.
    Role
    Filter the results by role name.
    Membership period
    Use the date pickers to set a start and end date for role membership.
  5. (Optional) Click the role request to view its details.
  6. Click Download CSV and follow your browser prompts to save the file.
    By default, the file name includes the report name and download date. For example, RoleRequest_2026-01-14.csv.

    The contents of the CSV file can vary depending on the filters you've selected when you download the report.

  7. Click to reset the filters.
