Site owners and Watchlist managers can view current, upcoming, or past
visits. The report results are specific to a site, and can be filtered by event requester,
expected arrival, and watchlist status.
What you should know
- Only Watchlist managers can unblock or allow blocked visitors.
- If no watchlist license is purchased, the Watchlist status column shows
N/A.
Procedure

From the homepage, click .

In the Visitors report page, select whether to display times in
local or UTC.

In the Expected arrival column, select current and upcoming visits, all past
visits, or select a date option.

(Optional) Filter by watchlist status:
- Allowed
- Visitor cleared screening.
- Blocked
- The visitor matched the block list and was denied.
- Unblocked
- The visitor was blocked but allowed by a manager.
- In progress
- Screening is still underway.
- Notified
- The visitor matched the notify list; the manager was alerted, and access was
allowed.

Click Blocked to open the Visitor watchlist
alert dialog and allow entry.
Only Watchlist managers can allow entry.

Click the information icon next to an unblocked watchlist status for more
information about who unblocked the visitor.

Use the remaining filters as needed:
- Site
- Filter by site name.
- Requested by
- Filter the results by requester name or email address.

(Optional) Click the visit to view its details.

(Optional) In the Documents column, click the hyperlink to download a copy
of the acknowledgment document.

Click Download CSV and follow your browser prompts to save the
file.
By default, the file name includes the report name and download date. For example,
Visitors_2026-01-14.csv.
The contents of the CSV file can vary
depending on the filters you've selected when you download the report.
