Configuring personal language preferences

To change the language of the web portal and the email and SMS notifications that you receive from Genetec ClearID™, configure your personal language preferences.

What you should know

  • Your personal language preferences override the portal language (culture) set by your Account administrator.

Procedure

  1. From the homepage, click your name, then click My profile.
  2. Click Preferences.
  3. In the Language section, select a language from the list.
    The language you select is applied to the ClearID portal and the notifications you receive.

    Only supported web portal languages are available. For more information, see Supported languages.

  4. Click Save.
